Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and db555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the db555 website accessible at db555.bio and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Platform.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on db555, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. • You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and third-party agents are not permitted to create player accounts.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or any account suspension imposed by db555.
• All personal information you provide during registration and verification is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
• You are using funds that belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity. db555 cooperates with anti-money laundering obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation.

db555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to db555's satisfaction may be suspended or closed pending investigation. Any balance associated with an ineligible account may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of db555 services, you must create a player account. Registration requires you to provide certain personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile phone number linked to your preferred mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If you attempt to open more than one account — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — all duplicate accounts and their associated balances may be closed and forfeited without notice.
• db555 implements KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport) and proof of your payment method to complete full verification. Accounts that do not complete KYC may have withdrawal functionality restricted.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account security is a shared responsibility. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

db555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By making a deposit you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that the funds being deposited are lawfully yours.

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large transactions may trigger additional KYC review.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly. Card deposits are subject to standard processing times of the issuing bank. db555 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability and any applicable withdrawal limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals require your KYC verification to be fully complete prior to processing.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus being fully met before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are complete may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• db555 may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms. The Platform will communicate the reason for any delay to the player where it is lawful and practicable to do so.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

db555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly at the point of bonus offer.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the specific bonus terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire within the validity window will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• db555 operates a one-bonus-at-a-time policy unless expressly stated otherwise. Players may not combine multiple bonus offers unless the Platform explicitly permits this for a specific promotion.
• db555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed by a player, the terms in force at the time of claiming will continue to apply to that bonus.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are subject to the wagering requirements of the associated bonus unless specific free spin terms state otherwise. Winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus funds, not cash.

db555 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence that a player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information during registration.

5. Responsible Gaming

db555 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the Platform may freeze account funds pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all rights to any balance, bonus funds, or winnings held in the account at the time of suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if db555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

db555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Game results are determined by certified RNG systems; db555 makes no representations regarding the likelihood of winning or the anticipated return of any particular game.
